Where do you ship?
Currently my products only ship within the UK. If you would be keen for me to expand to ship internationally, please contact me - the more interest I have the more likely I am to expand shipping!
Do you accept returns?
I don't currently have the capacity to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes! I'm currently accepting custom orders for beanies. Check out my products page for one colour, striped two colour and striped three colour options.
When will there be more stock?
I plan on updating the shop's stock every couple of weeks. Timescales are dependent on how many custom orders I've received - I may need to pause accepting new orders if I have a lot of things to make! If you need to know more accurately please get in touch.
What packaging do you use?
I'm conscious of the environmental footprint of my packaging and strive to use minimal materials and plastic-free materials as much as possible. I send small orders in paper envelopes and large orders in cardboard boxes. Some fragile items may need to be packaged using bubble wrap to ensure their safety during transit, but the majority of items will be cushioned using tissue paper.
